We process and ship orders in a very timely manner. We offer standard (Ground) shipping. Your order may come via UPS/Fedex/DHL or, if large enough, an LTL freight line. Some orders ship directly from the manufacturer or distributor.

Returns
We will only accept returns for items that are unused, and are returned within 30 days from date of purchase. All returns must first call for an authorization number. This number must be on all packages. Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Order cancellations will be honored only if requested within 5 hours of order. Our orders ship out quickly, and once your item has left our warehouse on route to you, it cannot be stopped.
